▸ Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance. Full payment (100%) is required online, or by calling to book and paying in full via Taishin PAY (100%) to confirm the reservation.
▸ Once the booking is completed, any date changes or cancellations will incur a 100% charge of the room rate as a handling fee and are non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience.
▸ The price includes 5% taxes and 10% fees.
▸ Guests may enjoy unlimited access to the public hot spring during their stay.
▸ Guests using the package may upgrade to a preferred menu by paying the price difference.
▸ For guests using the “Ultimate / Gourmet / Ultimate Dining” packages, if an extra bed is required, it is only available in the Japanese-style room for a maximum of one additional guest. Extra bed fee is NT$8,000/person + 10% service charge + 5% tax (includes accommodation for the additional guest, in-room amenities, and one breakfast; dinner is not included). Other on-site services are charged at regular rates.
