
駱柏廷 Ricco
於2014法國取得 BP Sommelier 專業資格,曾任職於北京 Temple Restaurant、上海 Jean-Georges 及 L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon 等國際頂尖餐廳。2015 年榮獲法國酒最佳侍酒師冠軍,2017 年獲選台灣最佳侍酒師冠軍,並於 2018 年代表台灣參加 ASI 亞洲暨大洋洲最佳侍酒師大賽,為台灣最具國際競爭力的新生代侍酒師之一。
Certified as a BP Sommelier in France in 2014, he has built his career at some of Asia’s most prestigious dining destinations, including Temple Restaurant Beijing, Jean-Georges Shanghai, and L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Shanghai.
